Uganda Clean-room Project，Enhancing Safety and Communication Efficiency

Our company has successfully completed the supply and deployment of a stainless-steel industrial intercom system for a high-standard clean-room project in Uganda. The newly installed devices are positioned at clean room entrances, personnel airlocks and the monitoring center, significantly improving cross-area communication and strengthening on-site safety management.

The Uganda clean-room facility is designed for precision manufacturing and sensitive material handling, where communication reliability, emergency response and equipment durability are critical. The industrial intercom stations we supplied feature a fully sealed design with a brushed stainless-steel panel, providing excellent corrosion resistance, ease of cleaning and long-term stability under clean-room conditions.
As shown in the installation photos, each intercom station is clearly labeled with identification codes such as "CER5L NO.7" and "CER5L NO.5", enabling monitoring-center staff to accurately locate each zone and respond quickly to calls.

The system delivers three main functions for the project:
1. Real-time Communication – Staff can communicate between clean and non-clean zones without unnecessary movement, helping maintain the required cleanliness levels.
2. Emergency Call – Integrated emergency buttons allow workers to instantly alert safety personnel in case of abnormal or urgent situations.
3. Different Zones – seven zones, each equipped with a telephone. Pressing button 1 will dial zone 1, button 2 will dial zone 2, and so on.

The monitoring center is equipped with a master station installed beside the video-wall system, allowing operators to respond to calls quickly while supervising multiple areas simultaneously.

The client expressed high satisfaction with the system, praising its rugged construction, clear audio performance and user-friendly interface. The deployment has greatly improved the operational safety and communication efficiency within the Uganda clean-room facility.
